Looks like Sophie Rain isn’t here for Lil Tay’s latest social media stunt — and she’s making it clear she’s not about to be dragged into what she calls “fake drama” from someone she claims has been irrelevant for years.
Speaking exclusively to TMZ, the OnlyFans star didn’t mince words. “Lil Tay’s been falling off for years, now she’s making up fake drama just to stay relevant,” Sophie said. “It’s giving desperation. If you have to invent beef to get views, maybe it’s time to log off.”
Lil Tay’s $60M Challenge
If you missed it, Lil Tay recently upped the stakes in their back-and-forth by challenging Sophie to a $60 million boxing match.
The viral teen star — known for her controversial antics and brief rise to fame back in 2018 — made the bold offer online, calling Sophie “washed-up” and “crusty” despite Sophie being only two years older.
But Sophie isn’t taking the bait. “I don’t need to prove myself in this space — I’m the Queen,” she told reporters, dismissing the proposal as nothing more than a clout grab.
Sophie’s Shade Game Is Strong
Instead of fighting, Sophie landed her own knockout blow with words. “Calling me out won’t bring her clout back. That ship sailed a long time ago,” she said.
She also made it clear she’s built her career on longevity and hard work — not viral stunts. “I built my platform on consistency and hard work, not manufactured internet theatrics. The only ring I’m interested in is the one that pays me to work, not play pretend.”
A TikTok TKO
Despite claiming she’s not engaging in drama, Sophie still racked up over 1 million views on TikTok after posting a video shading Tay.
And she didn’t hold back one final dig, quipping: “At least you waited to be old enough to start [OnlyFans].”
Lil Tay Says She’s Been Planning This for Years
Lil Tay, for her part, insists this isn’t a random move. She told TMZ just last week that she’s been planning her OnlyFans debut since she was nine years old.
While many raised eyebrows at that revelation, Tay seemed unfazed, saying she’s always been focused on the next big money-making move — Barbie dolls and playgrounds not included.
Internet War or PR Play?
This feud may just be the latest example of influencers using public beef to grab attention — a tactic that’s been fueling social media entertainment for years.
But if Sophie Rain sticks to her word, fans shouldn’t expect to see her in the boxing ring anytime soon. As she put it, “I work for a living. I don’t play pretend for internet points.”
For now, Lil Tay’s $60M challenge remains unanswered — and the OnlyFans “Queen” seems perfectly fine letting that fight go down without her.
