The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum addressed the explosive claims on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” Thursday night, confirming that yes — she did spend Ariana’s money, but insists it was all to keep the family afloat.
The Family Bills Came First
Host Andy Cohen didn’t even have to press too hard before Kim admitted that the accusations Ariana made on her show Next Gen NYC were “true.”
“It wasn’t mismanaged,” Kim said carefully. “It was spent on bills.”
According to the 46-year-old, she had no choice but to tap into Ariana’s earnings to cover major family expenses when things got tight.
“I had to figure it out fast… I was left holding the bag.”
Translation? Kim says she was the one responsible for keeping everything together — financially and otherwise — during turbulent times.

In the same sit-down, Kim revealed that she’s been keeping track of what she borrowed from Ariana and has already paid some of it back.
She says any remaining balance will be repaid in full — and she’s got the receipts to prove it.
“There’s literally a spreadsheet,” she told Andy, adding that she’s been documenting every dollar spent and repaid.
It’s not exactly the tearful apology some viewers were expecting — but for Kim, that spreadsheet seems to say it all.
