Alex Zamora is finally clearing the air on that steamy “Perfect Match” moment that had fans convinced she, Louis Russell, and Sandy Gallagher were about to get cozy in a reality TV ménage à trois. Spoiler alert: Louis can keep dreaming, because Alex says it was never happening.
The Netflix bombshell — who also lit up screens on “Temptation Island” — became the ultimate wildcard this season when she entered the villa and immediately caught Louis’ eye, despite him already being paired with Sandy. Cue flirty banter, lingering looks, and Louis floating the very bold idea of bringing Alex into his match with Sandy.
“That Wasn’t About Louis!”
Speaking on TMZ’s “Previously On…” reality podcast, Alex made it clear fans had the wrong idea. The “threesome” comment making rounds online? Yeah, that was about her future husband — not Louis.
“I was never talking about joining Louis and Sandy,” Alex explained. “That was never the vibe. He might’ve been hoping, but nope — not happening.”
In fact, Alex admits she’s way too territorial to even want to know the other woman’s name if she ever did consider a threesome in real life. “I’m not about to be the side chick. I’m the main chick — always,” she said. Still, she admits Sandy is “cool” and says it could have been fun… under the right circumstances.

Louis’ Fantasy vs. Reality
While Alex kept her boundaries, Louis apparently wasn’t ready to give up the fantasy. According to Alex, he spent nearly a full day cozying up to her at the men’s mixer — right behind Sandy’s back. But in the end, Louis stayed loyal to his match, sending Alex home un-matched.
That didn’t mean the drama ended there. Off-screen, Louis has already moved on from Sandy, making a red carpet debut with Love Island USA Season 7 fan favorite Huda Mustafa. Looks like that “Perfect Match” connection fizzled as quickly as it formed.
What’s Next for Alex?
Despite her short run this season, Alex left a mark — and her candid podcast confession proves she’s not afraid to set the record straight. As for Louis? Well, judging by how quickly he swapped Sandy for Huda, his reality TV romance résumé is growing fast.
The “Perfect Match” finale is still around the corner, and if this season has taught us anything, it’s that Netflix reality couples are about as stable as a villa in a hurricane.
