Andrew Tate Countersues Ex Bri Stern for $50M Over Alleged Smear

Andrew Tate is taking the legal fight to his ex-girlfriend Bri Stern, filing a $50 million counterclaim after she sued him for sexual assault earlier this year.

The former influencer and kickboxer claims Stern orchestrated a deliberate smear campaign, alleging Tate choked her during sex despite her saying “stop.” Tate’s team insists these accusations are fabricated for fame, profit, and to damage his reputation.

“She was out for money and publicity,” Tate claims in the filings obtained by TMZ.

Alleged Threats and Abuse: Bri’s Lawyer Responds

Bri Stern’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, called Tate’s counterclaim expected but baseless, describing Tate as a “big-mouthed bully” with a history of misogyny.

“This is junk and will be dismissed. Ms. Stern won’t be bullied. He will finally be held accountable for his years of outrageous and harmful conduct,” Buzbee told TMZ.

Buzbee cited Tate’s past social media posts where he openly mocked women, writing things like, “Literally everything females say is r*****d”* and bragging about violent sexual behavior. Stern alleges Tate threatened her life, telling her:

“If you ever f** with me, I will f**ing kill you. I mean it, I will kill you.”

Tate’s Claims: Defamation and False Allegations

In his legal filings, Tate vehemently denies Stern’s assault claims and says medical evidence contradicts her allegations. According to Tate, the supposed injuries she claimed were consistent with cosmetic procedures, not assault.

Tate also alleges Stern tried to capitalize on his name for her cryptocurrency and adult content ventures and points to a 2022 incident where she allegedly made similar claims against another man for financial gain.

Charges Were Declined, But Legal Drama Continues

Prosecutors previously declined to charge Tate, citing insufficient evidence. Despite this, Stern continued to share her allegations publicly, according to Tate.

His lawsuit now claims defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, abuse of process, and misappropriation of likeness, demanding more than $50 million in damages.

“The tone of Mr. Tate’s counterclaim isn’t a surprise. He has openly proclaimed himself a woman-hater,” Buzbee told TMZ, adding the allegations are “fabricated and malicious.”

    Where This Case Stands

The legal battle is shaping up to be high-profile and explosive, with millions watching both sides present their claims. The courtroom showdown could expose private text messages, social media posts, and alleged threats, while both sides fight over billions of dollars in damages and reputation stakes.

Fans and media are closely following the drama, and the case is expected to drag on for months as lawyers dig into evidence, financial records, and past behavior.
