Rising rap star GloRilla is officially leveling up. With multi-platinum singles and three Grammy nominations under her belt, the Memphis-born artist has been named the newest campaign star for True Religion’s ICONS collection—solidifying her status as an icon-in-the-making.

“It’s About Owning Who You Are”

In a press release, GloRilla praised the brand’s authenticity and timeless designs.

“True Religion stands out for its iconic designs and logos that speak for themselves, but it’s about way more than just style,” she said. “It’s about being confident and owning exactly who you are. I’m proud to partner with a brand that’s so real and inspires everyday with an authenticity that still hits.”

The ICONS collection brings a fresh, edgy vibe, featuring a sexy twist on baby T-shirts, cropped varsity jackets, and cinched vests. True Religion also leans into urban denim trends with baggy and flared jeans. Prices range from $40 on the low end to over $200 for premium pieces.

    Joining Forces With Duke Dennis

GloRilla isn’t the only rising star on True Religion’s roster. Popular Twitch streamer Duke Dennis also joins the campaign. True Religion has a history of tapping female rap talent for its ICONS line, including Megan Thee Stallion and Sexyy Red, cementing the brand’s connection to modern hip-hop culture.

    Cleveland Concert Turns Legal Nightmare

While GloRilla celebrates her fashion milestone, a Cleveland concert featuring her, Moneybagg Yo, and Skilla Baby has turned into a high-stakes legal battle. Esmail Entertainment has filed a $2.5 million lawsuit against Shaw Management Enterprises, alleging that the company submitted forged contracts tied to the event, resulting in substantial financial loss.

According to AllHipHop, the issues began almost immediately after ticket sales launched. Just two days later, Shaw allegedly instructed Esmail to halt all promotion for the show—without explanation. When Esmail reached out to GloRilla’s team, they reportedly discovered that she had never agreed to perform. Contract negotiations were reportedly ongoing when Shaw allegedly sent the falsified documents, creating chaos for all involved.

    GloRilla’s Star on the Rise

Despite the drama surrounding the Cleveland show, GloRilla’s career continues to soar. From her chart-topping singles to now leading a major fashion campaign, she’s proving her versatility as both a music and style icon.

    What’s Next for GloRilla?

Fans can expect even more from the Memphis rapper in the coming months, whether it’s chart-topping music, fashion collaborations, or high-profile performances like her upcoming WNBA All-Star halftime show appearance.
