In a surprising move, Brooke Hogan will receive nothing from her late father Hulk Hogan’s estate, according to new court documents obtained by TMZ. The WWE legend’s daughter asked to be removed from his will, effectively sidestepping any inheritance from his nearly $5 million in assets.
Hulk Hogan’s son, Nick Hogan, filed the court documents on Tuesday, which were first reported by Us Weekly.
What’s in Hulk’s Estate
According to the filings, Hulk left behind:
- $200,000 in cryptocurrency
- $799,000 in personal and intellectual property
- Rights to publicity valued at approximately $4 million
Nick Hogan left the potential value of a medical malpractice lawsuit stemming from Hulk’s alleged botched neck surgery in May blank, as the claim has not yet been filed.
Hulk’s widow, Sky Daily, is considering legal action against the doctors involved but has not yet filed a lawsuit.
Brooke Opted Out
Brooke’s removal from the will wasn’t due to conflict — it was her choice. According to the filings, she voluntarily requested to be excluded to avoid disputes or legal battles with family members and Hulk’s former wife, Linda Hogan.
Nick Hogan also requested to be named co-personal representative of the estate, alongside Terry McCoy, citing multiple amendments to Hulk’s will from 2017 to 2023. The original will was executed in 2016.
Other Estate Details
The court documents also reveal:
- Nick filed a lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge to prevent the release of Hulk’s infamous sex tape.
- Terry McCoy was proposed as a candidate to serve as the estate’s curator.
