Diddy Brings in Doctors to Defend Sex Life at Sentencing

Sean “Diddy” Combs is pulling out all the stops ahead of his federal sentencing — even calling on two doctors to vouch for his sex life.

On the eve of his day in court, the embattled music mogul filed new documents urging Judge Arun Subramanian to accept psychiatric evaluations from two nationally renowned experts in sexual behavior.

The Doctors’ Take on Diddy’s Sex Life

One of those experts, Dr. Kreuger of Columbia University, reportedly concluded that Diddy is “in complete control of his sexual urges and behavior.”

Court filings even dive into intimate details: Diddy’s sexual activity was broken down into two categories — “regular sex” and his infamous “Freak-Offs.” According to the evaluations, only about 15% of his encounters qualified as “Freak-Offs.”

Diddy’s legal team says the number checks out given his past relationships and the testimony of only two women — Cassie and “Jane” — who described such encounters in court.

Still, prosecutors may counter that “it only takes one Freak-Off” to violate the Mann Act, the central charge in Diddy’s case.

Diddy’s Team Fires Back at Prosecutors

In the filings, Diddy’s attorneys accused prosecutors of going overboard by bringing forward “victims” at sentencing who had nothing to do with the actual charges.

    They singled out two:

    • “Mia,” a former assistant,
    • and Deonte Nash, Diddy’s ex-stylist.

Both have written victim-impact statements to the judge, just like Cassie did. But Team Diddy argues their earlier testimony was discredited during trial and should play no role in sentencing.

His attorneys went as far as calling prosecutors’ approach “way beyond zealous” and “indecent.”

    The Stakes Couldn’t Be Higher

Prosecutors have recommended more than 11 years in federal prison, while Diddy is pushing for something closer to 14 months, factoring in the year-plus he’s already served at MDC Brooklyn.

In their closing words, his lawyers wrote: “The fate of Sean Combs is now in this Court’s hands.”

    What’s Next

Judge Subramanian is set to announce Diddy’s fate at Friday’s hearing. With new lawsuits piling on and fresh victim statements landing in the judge’s lap, the courtroom showdown could decide not just the mogul’s freedom — but his legacy.
