Pretty Ricky member Spectacular Smith is facing a sexual assault lawsuit from an Arizona woman who alleges the rapper contacted her on Instagram before arranging a private meeting that ended in an alleged assault.
According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Alexis Dieng filed the complaint in August, accusing Smith of sexually assaulting her after initially reaching out to her on Instagram in October of last year.
Dieng alleges Smith first contacted her seeking restaurant recommendations, then gradually developed her trust before arranging to meet her in person.
According to the lawsuit, Smith initially provided Dieng with a meeting location but later changed the plans, directing her to a residence in Maricopa County.

Dieng claims she arrived at the residence alone at approximately 10:30 p.m. the following day.
She alleges Smith then initiated physical contact before having sexual intercourse with her without her consent.
Dieng further alleges Smith placed his hands around her neck and applied pressure, restricting her ability to breathe. She also claims Smith recorded some or all of the alleged encounter without her permission.
The allegations have not been established in court.
Dieng’s attorney, Benjamin Taylor, tells TMZ, “We plan to seek justice for our client.”
Smith has not publicly responded to the allegations. TMZ reports that it reached out to him for comment but had not received a response at the time of publication.
Smith is best known as a founding member of Pretty Ricky, the Miami R&B and hip-hop group behind hits including “Grind With Me” and “Your Body.”
The artist later moved into entrepreneurship, founding the social media company Adwizar.
The lawsuit now puts the Pretty Ricky veteran at the center of a legal dispute over allegations stemming from a private meeting he allegedly arranged with Dieng.
As the case moves forward, the allegations remain claims made in the lawsuit, and any factual findings will ultimately depend on the court proceedings.
