Brooke Hogan is speaking out against the sale of her late father Hulk Hogan’s Florida mansion, describing the deal as “dirty money” and accusing unnamed people of profiting from the loss of someone she says meant everything to her.
The daughter of the late wrestling legend shared her reaction on Instagram after the Clearwater property was sold, posting photographs of the home and reflecting on the memories she made there with her father.
One image showed the mansion marked with a “SOLD” sticker. In another pointed message, Brooke wrote, “You took my dad.”
Brooke Hogan Remembers Her Time With Her Father
Brooke recalled ordinary moments she shared with Hulk inside the home, including cooking together, watching Jerry Springer, playing music and crying together.
She also remembered sitting beside her father for hours in his chair, the same chair where he later died.
The memories made the property sale particularly painful for Brooke, who said the mansion had represented a future in which Hulk and his then-wife, Jennifer McDaniel, could grow old together.
In another emotional post, Brooke criticized the circumstances surrounding the sale, writing: “And now it’s all gone. Sold for profit. Just like him…used for f***ing everyone else’s gain. Saddest ending I’ve ever seen.”
Her comments reflect her personal view of the sale and the events surrounding her father’s final years. She did not identify everyone she believes benefited from the transaction in the quoted posts.

Brooke Says She Cared for Hulk for 15 Years
Brooke also pushed back against what she described as the arrival of people who entered her father’s life later on.
She said she had been there for the 15 years before the “vultures swooped in conveniently,” adding that she loved, cherished and cared for Hulk while keeping track of his medications.
Her posts suggest that the mansion sale has reopened painful feelings about her relationship with her father and the changes she believes took place in his life. The claims in her posts have not, on their own, established wrongdoing by those involved in the property sale.
Hulk Hogan’s Florida Property Sold for Millions
Hulk’s Clearwater mansion reportedly sold for $5.9 million, substantially below its original asking price of nearly $11 million. A neighboring guest cottage also sold for $2.8 million, according to TMZ.
The wrestling icon died in July 2025 at age 71 after suffering a medical emergency at the Clearwater property.
The sale marks the end of a chapter for the home where Hulk spent his final years and where Brooke says she built some of her most important memories with him.
Brooke’s reaction makes clear that, for her, the transaction is about more than real estate. It is tied to grief, family history and her belief that the memories she shared with her father deserve to be remembered beyond the sale price of the property.
