GloRilla is taking her talents beyond the recording studio — and straight into the beauty-tech space.
The Memphis rapper has launched GloVerse, a new technology platform designed to connect consumers with hairstylists, makeup artists and other beauty professionals.
The platform was developed in partnership with OUT.LI.ER, which is handling GloVerse’s brand architecture, venture strategy and growth plans. The project marks another expansion of GloRilla’s portfolio outside music.
And the idea reportedly came from a problem she knows firsthand.
As an artist constantly touring, filming and performing in different cities, GloRilla has regularly needed to find reliable beauty professionals away from home. Those experiences helped inspire a platform designed to make that process faster and more personalized.

GloVerse is being built as an on-demand marketplace where users can find beauty specialists based on their needs and location.
Personalization is a major part of the concept. Users will be able to provide information such as their hair type and face shape, while also choosing whether they want to visit a professional or have the professional travel to them.
The platform also plans to use artificial intelligence to recommend beauty professionals based on users’ locations and preferences.
But GloRilla says GloVerse isn’t being built for one particular type of customer.
“I didn’t want to make the app available for one gender or one culture,” she said. “I wanted everybody to be able to use it.”
The initial focus will be on building a network of beauty professionals across the United States. Consumers will also be able to create profiles, secure their GloIDs and provide feedback as the platform develops.
GloRilla has remained closely involved in the project alongside Georgii Speakman, founder and CEO of OUT.LI.ER. The pair have reportedly worked together on features intended to serve both customers and beauty professionals.
For GloRilla, the technology side of the venture isn’t entirely new territory. Her interest in tech has existed alongside her music career, but GloVerse brings those interests together with her firsthand experience in the beauty industry.
Now the rapper is betting that a problem she encountered on the road could become a business opportunity for everyone else.
A beta version of GloVerse is expected to arrive this month, with the full mobile app planned for a late-2026 launch.
