Dwight Howard and Amy Luciani appear to be giving their marriage another shot after months of public drama, divorce filings and relationship turmoil.
Luciani confirmed the reconciliation during a recent interview with Atlantaâs Streetz 94.5, where she reflected on the coupleâs highly publicized marital problems and her decision to discuss them publicly.
The rapper and reality television personality acknowledged that she regretted airing details about her marriage during an emotional moment.
âI was wrong for making that video, especially when you end up back with your person,â Luciani said.
That comment seemingly confirmed that she and Howard have reunited after another turbulent chapter in their marriage.
Howard filed for divorce in Georgia in March 2026, describing the marriage as âirretrievably broken.â Court documents stated at the time that there was âno hope of reconciliation.â
The couple originally married in January 2025 after publicly confirming their relationship weeks earlier. Their first year of marriage was marked by multiple legal disputes and public disagreements.
Luciani had already hinted in recent months that she and Howard were working through their problems.

After one follower reminded her that marriage requires effort, Luciani responded, âThank you. Iâm still learning. Iâm listening too.â
Her mother also offered public support in the comments of one of Lucianiâs social media posts, referencing the couple finding their way back to each other and choosing their marriage.
Luciani thanked her mother for standing by her through both difficult and positive moments.
The latest reconciliation follows an especially complicated legal history.
Howard previously filed for divorce in June 2025, while Luciani filed her own petition the following month. Both cases were later dismissed after the couple reconciled.
Their relationship came under scrutiny again in 2026 following another public dispute. Luciani made allegations about Howardâs behavior and alleged drug use during an Instagram Live broadcast, while Howard denied allegations of wrongdoing made during their legal disputes.
In July, Luciani also accused Howard of unnecessarily prolonging the divorce litigation. The former NBA star and Luciani later agreed to a confidentiality order concerning sensitive financial information in the case.
Now, Luciani is acknowledging that the public fallout was part of a period she sees differently in hindsight.
âI was wrong for making that video, especially when you end up back with your person,â she said.
It remains unclear whether Howardâs latest divorce case has formally been dismissed. Howard has also not publicly addressed the reconciliation.
For now, however, Lucianiâs comments make one thing clear: whatever happened behind the scenes, the couple is apparently trying marriage again.
