Diamond Brown wants Chris Brown to pay significantly more in child support, claiming the singer has not asked to see their 4-year-old daughter, Lovely, in months and that his current payments are leaving her struggling financially.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Diamond says she cares for Lovely approximately 90% of the time. While acknowledging that Chris’ career frequently takes him out of town, she alleges he has not requested to spend time with their daughter in the past six to seven months.
Diamond also addresses Chris’ reported proposal to take Lovely on tour with him on alternating weekends. She considers the arrangement inappropriate for a child her age, arguing that the singer’s professional commitments would leave Lovely primarily under the care of a nanny.
According to the court filing, Diamond says she has consistently encouraged a relationship between Chris and their daughter and has tried to help maintain that bond. However, she alleges that Chris is “often uninterested” in spending time with Lovely.
The child support dispute also involves the singer’s spending habits. Diamond points to what she describes as Chris’ willingness to spend lavishly on others, including a reported gift of a new car and $10,000 in cash to a fan and her family.
She also references luxury handbags Chris reportedly gave to the mothers of his other children, including a Hermès bag for the mother of his second child and Prada handbags for the mother of his first child.

Diamond argues that her own financial situation is becoming increasingly difficult despite receiving support from the singer.
She says the $7,000 she currently receives each month does not cover her needs, leaving her going deeper into debt. She is asking the court to increase the payments to at least $30,000 per month.
The request would raise the reported monthly support amount by $23,000, more than quadrupling the existing payment if the court grants her request.
The dispute has also drawn responses from Chris’ other children’s mothers. As previously reported by TMZ, they defended the singer after Diamond’s claims became public, saying he takes care of all his children.
The competing accounts highlight a disagreement over Chris’ financial responsibilities and involvement in Lovely’s life. Diamond’s statements remain claims made in court documents, and the requested increase is not an indication that a judge has approved the amount.
The court’s decision on Diamond’s request will determine whether Chris’ monthly child support obligation changes.
