Diddy has reportedly lost 41 days of good time credit and 400 days of commissary privileges following a series of disciplinary violations at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, according to a representative of federal prison employees.
Jose Rojas, a union secretary representing Bureau of Prisons employees, told TMZ he obtained Diddy’s disciplinary history, which reportedly documents multiple fighting violations and two minor phone infractions.
According to Rojas, the records show Diddy was written up for fighting on July 31 and September 30, 2026, with another major violation recorded on October 1. The history also reportedly lists phone violations on July 7 and September 19, 2025.
The reported penalties include the loss of 41 days of good time credit, which can help eligible federal inmates reduce the time they spend incarcerated, as well as 400 days of commissary privileges.
Commissary access allows inmates to purchase approved items beyond the basic provisions supplied by the facility, including snacks and other food products. Rojas told TMZ that losing the privilege can significantly affect an inmate’s ability to obtain those additional items.
Diddy could also face the possibility of being classified as a disruptive inmate, potentially making him eligible for a transfer to another prison. However, Rojas said that, according to the information available to him, no such transfer had occurred.

The reported disciplinary history adds to the scrutiny surrounding the music mogul’s time behind bars. His prison release date was recently moved from January 21, 2028, to March 2, 2028, according to a previous TMZ report.
The disciplinary details also follow reports about Diddy allegedly receiving special treatment while incarcerated. NBC News previously reported claims about access to a contraband cellphone containing nude photos, alcohol, massages and upgraded meals. Prison officials subsequently returned him to solitary confinement while they investigated the reported privileges.
Those claims concern a separate matter from the disciplinary violations described by Rojas. The information provided does not establish whether the alleged special treatment directly led to the fighting or phone infractions.
Diddy is serving a 50-month federal sentence at FCI Fort Dix after his 2025 conviction on two prostitution-related charges. He was acquitted of the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
The reported penalties could affect his remaining time in prison and day-to-day privileges, but the available information does not establish whether the loss of good time credit will result in any further change to his scheduled release date.
