Kevin Gates has been ordered to direct proceeds from the sale of his music catalog into a managed account, with $929,341.50 allocated to estranged wife Dreka Gates for child and spousal support, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
Under the order, all proceeds from the catalog sale must be deposited into a Morgan Stanley account managed by Bread Winner Alumni CFO Robert Bracy. Certified public accountant William Duerksen will also be authorized to access the account, according to the report.
The funds will be distributed among several parties, with Dreka receiving a substantial allocation as the couple’s divorce proceedings continue.
In addition to the $929,341.50 designated for child and spousal support, Dreka is set to receive another $150,000 directly.

Kevin, meanwhile, is slated to receive $538,798 upfront, followed by monthly payments of $225,000 beginning in October, according to the reported court order.
The order also sets aside money for professional fees and mediation costs. Dreka’s attorneys will receive $125,000, while her accountant is allocated $100,000. Another $103,000 will go to a third-party mediation service.
The financial arrangements come as the couple’s divorce continues to unfold amid public accusations and disputes over money.
In January, Kevin accused Dreka on social media of repeatedly stealing from him during their marriage. Dreka’s attorney rejected the allegations, describing them as “completely false and fabricated.”
Dreka previously claimed in October 2025 that Kevin had stopped financially supporting her and their children in 2021.
The latest order establishes how the catalog-sale proceeds are to be handled and distributed. The reported allocations include support payments, funds for Kevin, legal expenses and mediation costs as the estranged couple’s divorce continues.
