According to newly obtained court documents, she cites an active investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) involving both Andrew and Tristan.
Pinter argues the sensitive information should remain sealed until the federal investigation or potential prosecution concludes, hinting at serious legal scrutiny brewing behind the scenes.
Tate Brothers’ Attorney Responds
Joseph McBride, the lawyer representing the Tate brothers, blasted the motion as a stall tactic, telling TMZ:
“This is a pathetic delay tactic by a group of weak lawyers running from a fight in the Florida defamation case, because they know the evidence is overwhelmingly on our side.”
McBride downplayed any concerns about the SDNY investigation, saying:
“The SDNY is subject to Washington. Washington is not involved. We are not worried. Nothing changes. Our march to victory continues.”

Andrew and Tristan are reportedly under investigation in Florida, with Governor Ron DeSantis publicly stating the pair is not welcome in the state.
