Bill Belichick’s Girlfriend Jordon Hudson Trails in Miss Maine USA Votes — But Still Has Time for a Major Comeback

As the Miss Maine USA pageant kicks off Saturday night, all eyes are on Jordon Hudson — but not for the reason you might expect. While she’s certainly garnered national attention thanks to her high-profile relationship with legendary NFL coach Bill Belichick, Jordon is currently lagging behind in the public vote that could secure her a spot in the semifinals.

Votes Cost $1 Each — And Hudson Is Far Behind

The Miss Maine USA People’s Choice Award allows fans to cast votes online at $1 per vote, with the contestant who earns the most votes receiving a guaranteed spot in the semifinals. Unfortunately for Hudson, who’s representing her hometown of Hancock, Maine, she’s trailing far behind the frontrunners.

As of now, Hudson has just over 200 votes, while the current leader, Lexi Bjork of Greenville, is soaring with nearly 1,400 votes. Right on Lexi’s heels is Arianna DeJesus of Penobscot with 1,296 votes, and Isabelle St. Cyr of Monson is also in the mix with nearly 450 votes.

    Trailblazing Contestant: Isabelle St. Cyr

Isabelle’s appearance in the competition is especially significant — she’s the first openly transgender woman to compete for the Miss Maine USA title. Her participation has earned widespread praise from advocates of inclusivity in pageantry.

    The Race Isn’t Over Yet

There’s still time for Jordon Hudson to mount a comeback. Although the pageant officially begins at 7 PM on Saturday, the public voting will remain open through Sunday, giving her and other underdogs a final push before the semifinalists are revealed.

Will Bill Belichick Help Boost Her Votes?

While it’s unclear if Bill Belichick, 72, will make a public appearance at the pageant, his support for Hudson, 24, has been evident in the past. The former New England Patriots head coach was spotted cheering her on during a cheerleading competition back in March 2024, shortly before their romance became public.

Now that the couple’s relationship is fully in the spotlight — and often tabloid fodder — it’s natural to wonder whether Belichick will lend a financial hand to help boost Hudson’s votes. After all, the stakes are high, and every dollar counts.

Awkward Interview Sparked Buzz About Their Relationship

The pair made headlines in April during a now-viral appearance on CBS Sunday Morning, when an interview promoting Belichick’s new book — “The Art of Winning: Lessons from a Life in Football” — took an unexpected turn. A seemingly innocent question about how the couple met was shut down by Hudson, prompting mixed reactions from viewers.

Some called her interruption “controlling,” while others saw it as protective of their privacy. Belichick later clarified that he had agreed to the interview strictly to talk football and his book, not his personal life. Hudson stood by her decision to intervene, defending their boundary as intentional.

    Public Reaction Remains Mixed

Public response to their relationship has ranged from fascination to criticism, not only due to their 49-year age gap but also because of Hudson’s sudden rise in visibility — from cheerleader and pageant hopeful to headline-making girlfriend of an NFL icon.

Some online commenters have questioned her motives, while others have praised her confidence and poise amid intense public scrutiny. Despite the controversy, she seems to be embracing her moment in the spotlight, determined to succeed on her own terms.

Hudson’s Future Still Bright — Pageant or Not

Even if Jordon Hudson doesn’t clinch the People’s Choice vote, she still has a chance to impress the judges and advance through other means. Pageant scoring typically includes categories like interview performance, evening gown presentation, and on-stage Q&A — areas where personality, poise, and confidence can outweigh popularity contests.

With her strong presence and viral notoriety, Hudson may still have an edge when it comes to captivating an audience — both in the room and online.

    Quick Summary

    • Jordon Hudson is trailing in the Miss Maine USA People’s Choice vote, with just over 200 votes.
    • Greenville’s Lexi Bjork leads with nearly 1,400 votes, followed by Penobscot’s Arianna DeJesus and Monson’s Isabelle St. Cyr.
    • Voting remains open through Sunday, giving Hudson time for a comeback.
    • Bill Belichick’s support may play a role, though it’s unclear if he’ll attend the pageant.
    • Their relationship has stirred public curiosity, especially after a tense CBS interview.
