Model Crystal McKinney Sues Both Diddy and Harvey Weinstein for Sexual Assault in Separate Allegations

Model Crystal McKinney has filed explosive lawsuits in New York federal court against two of the most controversial figures in entertainment—Sean “Diddy” Combs and disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein—accusing both of sexual assault in unrelated incidents.

    Allegations Against Harvey Weinstein

In her newly filed lawsuit, McKinney claims Weinstein raped her and her roommate at the Ritz-Carlton Battery Park hotel in 2003. According to the suit, McKinney was seeking to break into the film industry when a modeling agency executive arranged a meeting with Weinstein, reportedly joking that she shouldn’t sleep with him “unless he puts you in a movie.” Though disturbed by the remark, McKinney says she proceeded with the meeting, unaware of Weinstein’s then-unpublicized predatory behavior.

She and her roommate met Weinstein at a loud Manhattan nightclub, where he allegedly complained about the noise and invited them back to his hotel room. There, McKinney says Weinstein gave them alcohol, coerced them into performing sex acts on each other, and then raped both women.

Previous Suit Against Sean “Diddy” Combs

This isn’t McKinney’s first lawsuit involving a major celebrity. In 2024, she sued music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging he sexually assaulted her at his NYC studio after the two met at a Men’s Fashion Week event. McKinney claims Diddy gave her alcohol and a joint laced with narcotics, then forced her to perform oral sex in a bathroom.

Diddy has denied all allegations and has requested the court dismiss McKinney’s case, citing that the claims are beyond the statute of limitations. He is currently facing additional federal charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering.

    Ongoing Legal Battles

Both Diddy and Weinstein are battling serious legal issues on multiple fronts. Weinstein, whose previous rape conviction was overturned by an appeals court, is undergoing a retrial. The court ruled that the original trial had allowed testimonies from women unrelated to the charges, compromising the case.

McKinney’s attorney, Michelle Caiola, is pursuing justice in both cases. TMZ reached out to Weinstein’s representatives for comment, but no response has been issued yet.
