“All my dreams have been about apologizing to JAY-Z,”
signaling a softer tone compared to his previous online attacks against the rap mogul and his family.

Earlier this year, West drew widespread backlash after posting a now-deleted message that included offensive and inappropriate comments about JAY-Z and Beyoncé’s twins, Rumi and Sir. In the since-deleted post, West used ableist slurs and made derogatory remarks about the children, which caused outrage across social media.
Although he eventually deleted the post, West followed up with a disturbing message, referencing his reasons for removal and continuing with insensitive language.
“I took it down like Down syndrome,” he wrote, further escalating the situation.

“If Twitter take my sht down then so be it, but I need y’all to know JAY-Z or nobody have no power over me,”* he wrote.

“At least JAY-Z and Beyoncé get to raise their kids.”
