Annemarie Wiley Files for Divorce From Marcellus Wiley, Seeks Restraining Order Following Arrest
Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Annemarie Wiley has filed for divorce from her husband, former NFL player and sports commentator Marcellus Wiley, while also asking a California court to grant her a restraining order against him. The filings come just days after Marcellus Wiley was arrested in Florida on a domestic violence allegation that he has denied.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Annemarie is seeking legal protection for herself while also requesting custody of the couple’s three children, exclusive use of their Los Angeles home, and spousal support. The court has not yet ruled on any of her requests.

The legal filings mark a dramatic development in the couple’s relationship, with Annemarie Wiley alleging years of abuse spanning more than a decade.
According to her declaration filed with the court, she asked that Marcellus Wiley be ordered to remain at least 100 yards away from her and that she be granted exclusive possession of their Los Angeles residence.
The filing follows Marcellus Wiley’s arrest over the weekend after an incident at a Florida hotel. Authorities arrested him on a domestic violence allegation after Annemarie reported that he became physical with her. Marcellus has denied those allegations.
Beyond the recent incident, Annemarie’s declaration outlines numerous allegations involving physical, sexual, emotional, and financial abuse.

She wrote that Marcellus allegedly subjected her to what she described as a “continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation.”
Annemarie also stated that the trauma she says she experienced has affected her memory.
“Because of the trauma associated with many of these events, there are gaps in my memory, as I have blocked out much of what Marcellus has done to me,” she wrote in the filing.
Among the allegations, Annemarie claims Marcellus raped her in 2012 while he was intoxicated. She also alleged that during the same year he attempted to sleep with two of her friends.
She further alleged that in 2014 he punched her in the face, leaving her with a black eye.
According to the court filing, another alleged incident occurred in 2019 while she was nine months pregnant, when she says Marcellus threw a bottle of Coca-Cola at her head.
The filing also describes more recent allegations.

Annemarie claims Marcellus struck her in the face with his shoes in August 2025.
She further alleges that in January 2026 he dragged her out of bed, verbally berated her, struck her on the head, and sexually assaulted her. According to the filing, she alleges a second sexual assault occurred later that same day and another two days afterward.
In addition to the abuse allegations, Annemarie accused Marcellus of financial misconduct, claiming he borrowed $100,000 from her without repaying it and accumulated approximately $100,000 in charges on her credit cards.
She told the court she fears for her safety and believes a restraining order is necessary.
The allegations contained in the filing have not been adjudicated in court.
Annemarie Wiley joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during Season 13, introducing viewers to her family life alongside Marcellus Wiley. Before appearing on reality television, she worked as a certified registered nurse anesthetist.
Marcellus Wiley is a former NFL defensive end who played for teams including the Buffalo Bills, San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys, and Jacksonville Jaguars before transitioning into sports broadcasting and media.

The couple share three children.
According to Annemarie’s divorce petition, she listed their marriage date as February 7, 2024. She identified their date of separation as “TBD,” indicating the separation date has not yet been finalized in the filing.
Because both Annemarie Wiley and Marcellus Wiley are public figures, the divorce filing has attracted significant public attention. The case also highlights how allegations made in family court can expand beyond a single criminal investigation into broader disputes involving custody, finances, and requests for protective orders.
It’s important to distinguish between allegations contained in court filings and findings made by a judge. While Annemarie’s declaration contains numerous serious claims, the court has not yet ruled on her request for a restraining order or the issues raised in the divorce proceedings.
Behind the legal filings is a family facing an uncertain future.
Alongside ending the marriage, Annemarie is seeking custody of the couple’s three children while requesting legal protections she says are necessary for her safety. The proceedings will likely determine not only the future of the marriage but also living arrangements, financial matters, and parenting responsibilities as the case moves through court.
For now, the divorce petition and restraining order request remain pending, and the court has yet to issue a ruling. As the legal process unfolds, additional filings and court decisions are expected to shape the next chapter in this high-profile case.
