Former WWE chairman Vince McMahon is turning to the courts in an effort to dismiss his reckless driving case, TMZ Sports has learned. The motion was filed Tuesday by McMahon’s attorney, Mark Sherman, and could potentially end the matter entirely — while still allowing the wrestling mogul to express remorse.
