Kanye West is taking the phrase “losing his head” to an entirely different level in his latest music video — and Bianca Censori is behind the camera.
Ye has released the bizarre visual for “OK,” his collaboration with Don Toliver, and the video puts the rapper in the middle of a surreal medical nightmare.
Kanye appears as a headless corpse lying on a morgue table, while a team of doctors examines and operates on his body.
Things get even stranger from there.
The medical crew is shown pulling unusual objects from inside Kanye’s torso before eventually attempting to reattach his head. The sequence transforms the video into a bizarre resurrection scene, giving the track a distinctly unsettling visual identity.
Censori directed the project, adding another music-video directing credit involving her husband.
She previously directed visuals for Ye’s “Father” and “King,” according to the supplied information, making “OK” another entry in her growing list of creative collaborations with the rapper.
The visual arrives alongside the deluxe edition of Kanye’s album “Bully,” which was released in June. “OK” is one of two new tracks added to the expanded version of the project.
The song also features Don Toliver, adding another major name to the latest Kanye release.

But visually, the spotlight is firmly on Ye — or at least what’s left of him after the doctors apparently get to work.
With Kanye portrayed as a body being taken apart and reconstructed, Bianca’s latest directorial effort leans heavily into surreal imagery rather than a straightforward performance video.
For Censori, directing her husband appears to mean there is no shortage of unusual ideas — and this time, she literally took his head out of the picture.
