Chris Brown‘s baby mama, Diamond Brown, is asking a court to order the singer to pay roughly $45,000 a month in support for their daughter, Lovely.
According to court documents, Diamond says the requested amount is needed to cover expenses for herself and their child, including housing, childcare, education and extracurricular activities.
Diamond’s proposed breakdown includes about $23,000 a month for rent and household expenses, while roughly $20,000 would go toward Lovely’s school, medical and extracurricular costs.
Her filing lists a lengthy collection of monthly expenses for their daughter.

Those include $500 for clothes, $3,500 for childcare, $2,000 for college savings, $2,000 for gifts, $350 for haircuts and $1,500 for art and sports lessons.
Diamond says Chris currently pays for her to live in a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home that she describes as modest. She wants to move into a residence costing approximately $15,000 per month, according to the documents.
Diamond also says Chris voluntarily provides her with $7,000 a month in spending money, but she argues that amount does not cover what she considers her and Lovely’s needs and wants a court order requiring additional support.
The filing acknowledges that Chris has provided other financial assistance. Diamond says he previously bought her a Tesla and continues to pay her utilities.
The latest filing is part of an ongoing custody and child-support dispute between the former couple.
As previously reported, Diamond has sought an increase in child support as well as primary custody of Lovely. She has also accused Chris of harassing her and her new boyfriend — allegations Chris has denied.
The $45,000 monthly figure is Diamond’s requested amount; the filing does not mean a court has ordered Chris to pay that sum.
