Drake is taking the superhero route for his latest rollout, showing up at Toronto’s Canadian National Exhibition in full Iron Man-style armor while appearing to film what could be a new music video.
The rapper was spotted roaming the exhibition in the iconic red-and-gold suit, greeting fans while looking more like Tony Stark than Champagne Papi.
Drake wasn’t alone, either. Another person wearing a silver Iron Man-style suit was seen alongside him during the appearance, adding another layer of mystery to whatever he’s shooting.
The unusual sight immediately sparked speculation that Drake was working on a music video. Some fans have suggested the shoot could be connected to his Popcaan collaboration “Amazing Shape,” although there is no confirmation that the song is behind the armored appearance.
For now, the superhero visuals appear to be part of a larger mystery surrounding Drake’s next move.
The rapper has recently been teasing something called “Fear of Missing Out,” including a post featuring a CD jewel case with the phrase alongside a movie camera emoji. That has only added fuel to speculation that another visual project could be taking shape.
And Drake certainly isn’t short on new material.
He has already released three albums this year, meaning another project, song or visual rollout would come after an unusually busy stretch for the rapper.
Whether the Iron Man suit belongs to “Amazing Shape,” “Fear of Missing Out” or something else entirely, Drake is clearly keeping the details under wraps.
For now, Toronto got the first look at Drake in superhero mode — and the mystery is still part of the rollout.
