Kim Scott, the former wife of rapper Eminem, was taken to a Michigan hospital after emergency responders were dispatched to her home following a reported medical emergency.
According to dispatch audio obtained by TMZ, first responders were sent to a residence in Chesterfield on Saturday after a 911 caller reported an apparent suicide attempt. The dispatcher relayed that the caller said his aunt had sustained a wrist injury involving a knife.
TMZ also reported obtaining video showing Scott being wheeled from her home on a stretcher before being transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital.
Officials have not publicly released additional details about Scott’s condition, and no further information has been confirmed by authorities.

Scott and Eminem, whose legal name is Marshall Mathers, were married twice before divorcing. They have one daughter together and have remained linked in the public eye through Eminem’s music and their shared history.
Earlier this year, Scott was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated after authorities said she crashed into a parked vehicle in Chesterfield. That matter is separate from the recent medical emergency.
As of publication, neither Scott nor Eminem has publicly commented on the incident.
