Louisiana rapper Fredo Bang isn’t sweating after Cardi B roasted him during a fiery IG Live session — in fact, he’s calling it a win. The “Kreature Muzik” star says Cardi’s the only woman alive who can get away with calling him a “b***h” … and he’s low-key hoping the playful jab opens the door to something bigger.
Cardi B Flames Fredo — and He Loves It
The hilarious exchange started when Fredo showed love for Cardi’s brand-new project, “Am I The Drama?” The Bronx rapper, never one to hold her tongue, clowned him in front of thousands of fans. Instead of clapping back, Fredo doubled down, sliding into her DMs with proof of his iTunes purchase.
So far, Cardi hasn’t opened the message … but Fredo says he’s not mad. He even tried to score a vinyl copy of the album but they were already sold out — proof that Cardi’s fans are showing out in major numbers.

From Fanboy to Fantasy
Fredo tells TMZ Hip Hop he’s been a Cardi fan since her “Love & Hip Hop” days, back when he was locked up and daydreaming about her to pass the time. Now, years later, the rapper says fate wouldn’t have to twist his arm if a collaboration — or even something romantic — came his way.
“Collab or canoodle … whichever comes first,” Fredo joked, keeping it coy but clearly shooting his shot.
Why Cardi Makes Sense for Fredo
Fredo’s latest project, Kreature Muzik, only features his late Baton Rouge brothers Da Real Gee Money and Blvd Quick, leaving plenty of space for a deluxe edition guest verse from Cardi. He says his sound could fit seamlessly with her style, pointing to his recent “Bada Bing” video as the perfect example of the kind of energy she’d vibe with.
The Respect Is Real
Despite his playful flirting, Fredo insists his admiration for Cardi is rooted in respect. She’s been one of the biggest inspirations in his career — proof that authenticity and personality can take an artist from reality TV to global stardom.
“She’s the queen,” he says with a grin, making it clear Cardi has his full support no matter how the roast plays out.
Will Cardi Respond?
For now, Cardi’s too busy basking in the success of her new album and prepping for her upcoming tour, where Fredo hopes to pop up at a meet-and-greet as one of her proudest fans. Whether she responds with a feature or just another funny flame … Fredo’s all in.
