Remy Ma is keeping her relationship status simple — she’s taken, but her partner is music.
The rapper spoke with TMZ at a listening event in New York City for her new EP, Alimony, where she was asked whether she was dating anyone following her highly publicized split from Papoose.
Her answer? She’s “dating my music.”
Remy took the joke even further, describing herself as being in a “monogamous relationship” with her art.
That comes after the rapper was recently spotted spending time with Millyz, sparking interest in her personal life following the end of her marriage.
Papoose filed for divorce from Remy in May 2025. He has since publicly moved on with professional boxer Claressa Shields.
While Alimony is getting most of Remy’s attention, the rapper also addressed controversy surrounding one of the EP’s featured artists, Keke Wyatt.
Wyatt was recently arrested on allegations including terroristic threats, simple assault and cruelty to children. According to TMZ’s earlier reporting, she allegedly threatened to shoot another woman during a custody exchange, with a gun reportedly extended from her vehicle window.
Remy defended Wyatt, saying she does not believe the singer would harm a child and praising her as both an “amazing mother” and artist.
For Remy, though, the focus right now appears to be firmly on Alimony.
Rather than looking for a new romance, she’s putting her energy into the music — and making it clear that, for now, her art has her full attention.
