Blueface’s Music Royalties Redirected After $123K Court Judgment

Blueface’s biggest hits are now reportedly helping pay off one of his biggest legal problems.

The rapper’s music royalties are at the center of a new court battle after a judge approved a request to redirect payments from his music earnings toward a six-figure judgment owed to Jackilyn Martinez, the mother of one of Soulja Boy’s children.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge granted Martinez’s request to collect money from Blueface’s royalties through performance rights organizations ASCAP and BMI.

The move comes after Martinez secured a $123,000 default judgment against the rapper.

Now, instead of those royalty payments going directly to Blueface, they are being used to satisfy the debt.

And the backstory behind how things got here is filled with social media drama, accusations, and a legal fight that started with a much bigger demand.

Jackilyn Martinez Won Judgment After Defamation Lawsuit

The legal issue began after Martinez sued Blueface over comments he allegedly made during an online feud involving Soulja Boy.

In her original lawsuit, Martinez sought $10 million, claiming Blueface made false and damaging statements about her.

The dispute reportedly started when Blueface and Soulja Boy were involved in a public social media argument.

During that back-and-forth, Blueface made claims involving Martinez that she said were completely false.

Martinez said the statements harmed her reputation and took legal action.

According to court records, Blueface did not respond to the lawsuit, leading to a default judgment being entered against him in April 2025.

But that wasn’t the end of the story.

Because winning a judgment and actually collecting the money are two very different things.

That’s where the royalty battle comes in.

Judge Approves Collection Through Blueface’s Music Income

With the judgment still unpaid, Martinez turned to another option — going after Blueface’s entertainment earnings.

The court-approved move allows her to collect from royalties connected to his music sales through ASCAP and BMI.

For artists, royalty payments are often a major source of income because songs can continue generating money years after release.

Now, those earnings are being redirected toward the outstanding judgment.

The situation creates an unusual twist for a rapper whose career has been built around viral hits and streaming success.

His own music catalog is now reportedly tied to a legal payout.

But that’s not even the wildest part…

The original lawsuit came from one of the most talked-about celebrity social media conflicts involving Blueface, Soulja Boy, and Martinez.

The Social Media Beef That Started the Legal Fight

Blueface and Soulja Boy previously exchanged heated messages online, leading to a public dispute that pulled Martinez into the conversation.

During the argument, Blueface made claims about Martinez that she later denied in court.

Martinez said she only had a brief encounter with Blueface in 2018 and denied his allegations involving her pregnancy and child.

She also publicly rejected the idea that Blueface could be the biological father of her child.

Martinez stated that there was “zero chance” Blueface was the child’s biological father.

The dispute quickly moved from social media posts to the courtroom.

Internet Reacts to Blueface’s Royalties Drama

Once news of the royalty decision surfaced, fans immediately started discussing the unusual situation.

The internet had thoughts, and they were not holding back.

Many users focused on the irony of a rapper’s own songs becoming part of a legal payment plan.

Some joked that Blueface’s catalog was now “working overtime” — just not for him.

Others pointed out that celebrity lawsuits can have financial consequences long after the online drama disappears.

Within hours, conversations spread across social media as fans debated the latest chapter in Blueface’s legal issues.

    Fans Watch Blueface’s Next Move

Some fans believe the royalty collection process is simply the next step after Martinez won her case.

Others are curious about whether Blueface will challenge the move or attempt to resolve the debt another way.

It remains unclear how long the collection process will take or how much of Blueface’s future royalties could be affected.

For now, Martinez is moving forward with efforts to secure the money awarded through the court judgment.

The Bigger Picture Behind Celebrity Legal Battles

Celebrity disputes often play out publicly, but the financial consequences can continue behind the scenes.

For Blueface, the issue is no longer just about online arguments or headlines.

It involves real money connected to his music career.

For Martinez, the royalty order represents an attempt to collect a judgment she says she is owed.

    The Unexpected Twist

Blueface built a career turning songs into money.

Now, those same songs may be the source used to settle a legal debt.

The rapper’s music is still making noise — just in a very different way.

Blueface’s hits may have helped him build a name in hip hop, but now fans are watching to see how his catalog affects his latest legal battle. Will this finally close the chapter?
