In court documents obtained by TMZ, Kevin and Derrick Boseman argue that they believe the estate has not been properly handled and are requesting changes to who controls Chadwick’s assets.

Brothers Allege Estate Has Not Been Fully Distributed

They point to a 2022 court order that reportedly gave Chadwick’s parents, Leroy and Carolyn Boseman, entitlement to a combined 50% share of the estate, while Taylor retained control over the other half.
The brothers allege that, nearly four years after that order, some estate matters remain unresolved.

They want Taylor to be removed permanently as administrator and for attorney Jason Rubin to be appointed to oversee the estate instead.
They are also requesting that the court:

- Require distribution of remaining assets within 30 days
- Review whether Taylor should be held in contempt for allegedly failing to follow the 2022 order
- Restrict major estate-related contracts without family approval
- Require copies of existing estate contracts
- Award attorney fees and legal costs
