NBA Ben10 and OG3 Three were arrested Thursday in connection with an April shooting at a Houston restaurant, TMZ has learned.
The two rappers were among six people arrested by the FBI and partner agencies in Texas and Louisiana, according to FBI Houston spokesperson Connor Hagen.
Authorities have not yet publicly disclosed the specific charges facing Ben10, OG3 Three or the four other people arrested in the operation.
The arrests stem from a shooting at Confessions restaurant in Houston in April that left multiple people injured — including Ben10, who was later described in court documents as suffering “irreversible paralysis.”
Authorities had previously charged Allstar JR in connection with the shooting.
According to the case details, surveillance footage showed Allstar JR apparently fighting with several people who appeared to be attempting to rob him.
At some point during the confrontation, a gun reportedly fell to the ground. Allstar JR allegedly picked it up and began firing, striking three people, including Ben10.

Authorities allege that after Ben10 fell to the ground, Allstar JR approached him and fired three additional rounds. He allegedly attempted to fire another shot toward Ben10’s head but had run out of ammunition.
The latest arrests add another major development to the case months after the restaurant shooting.
Ben10, who was among those injured in the incident, is now himself facing an undisclosed criminal case stemming from the same investigation.
The FBI has not released details explaining the allegations against each of the six people arrested Thursday.
Hagen told TMZ that questions about the specific charges should be directed to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas.
For now, the exact allegations against NBA Ben10 and OG3 Three remain unclear, while the investigation into the April shooting continues.
