Future’s brother FBG Casino has pleaded guilty in his federal fentanyl case after authorities alleged they found 17 kilograms of suspected fentanyl inside an Airbnb they believed was being used as a stash house.
FBG Casino, whose real name is Rico Deville Buice, entered a guilty plea Thursday to conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to distribute.
The plea puts the rapper on track for sentencing, but the potential penalties are severe. According to the plea agreement, the offense carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years, while the maximum is life in prison. The agreement also notes a possible fine of up to $10 million.
Casino is scheduled to be sentenced on January 7. His request to remain under his previous pretrial release conditions was denied, resulting in him being taken back into custody.
The case stems from a November 2025 search conducted by the FBI and DEA at an Airbnb property described in the criminal complaint as a location FBG allegedly used as a stash house.
According to authorities, agents recovered 17 kilograms of suspected fentanyl bricks during the search. Investigators also allegedly found between approximately $300,000 and $388,000 in cash, along with a Glock handgun, ammunition, an extended magazine, a money-counting machine and destroyed cell phones.
The seizure of cash and firearms has now become part of the resolution of the case. Under the plea agreement, FBG Casino agreed to forfeit $388,930 in cash, the Glock, ammunition and the extended magazine.
The guilty plea resolves the conspiracy charge, but Casino’s sentence has not yet been determined. For now, the next major date in the case is his January 7 sentencing, where a federal judge will decide the punishment.
