Hulk Hogan’s Florida mansion has officially changed hands, with the late WWE legend’s estate selling the beachfront property for $5.9 million after it was initially listed for nearly $11 million.
The Clearwater home went on the market in January, several months after Hogan died in July 2025 at age 71. According to TMZ, the property ultimately sold for considerably less than its original asking price.
Hogan purchased the approximately 5,400-square-foot residence in 2012 for $3.3 million. The house features five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a 1,000-square-foot primary suite overlooking the Gulf.
The suite includes a sitting area, a Gulf-front terrace, a morning bar, a spa-inspired bathroom and a large walk-in closet.

Hulk Hogan’s Estate Sells More Than One Property
The main mansion was not the only property connected to Hogan to find a buyer.
A neighboring guest cottage that he also owned sold for an additional $2.8 million, according to the report.
The 2,062-square-foot cottage features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, along with modern living amenities.
It remains unclear whether the same buyer purchased both properties. Combined, the reported sale prices total $8.7 million.
A Home Connected to Hogan’s Final Days
The Clearwater property also carries personal significance because Hogan suffered a medical incident there in July 2025 before being pronounced dead at a local hospital.
He was 71.
Hogan, one of professional wrestling’s most recognizable figures, built a career that extended beyond the ring into television, films and popular culture. His death marked the end of a decades-long public career.
The sale now marks another development in the handling of his Florida real estate holdings.

Listing Details
Hogan’s longtime friend Martha Thorn, affiliated with the Thorn Collection and Coldwell Banker Realty, held the listing, according to TMZ.
The mansion’s $5.9 million sale price is approximately $5.1 million below its initial asking price of nearly $11 million. That difference reflects the gap between the original listing price and the reported sale price, not necessarily the estate’s overall financial gain or loss.
With the main residence and neighboring cottage both sold, the two transactions represent a reported $8.7 million in property sales connected to Hogan’s former Florida holdings.
