The Hollywood Hills home formerly rented by D4vd has hit the market again — and its monthly asking price has taken a noticeable cut as the property remains vacant.
According to real estate records, the home’s rental price dropped from $23,950 to $21,500 per month, a reduction of $2,450.
The property has remained tied to the investigation into the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, for which prosecutors allege D4vd invited Celeste to the residence in April 2025 and that she was never heard from again. D4vd has been accused of murdering Celeste, according to the supplied information.
D4vd moved out of the Hollywood Hills property in September 2025, days after police searched the residence as part of their investigation.
The home was subsequently placed on the rental market in February. Then, on August 16, the asking price was reduced by more than 10%, bringing the monthly rent down to $21,500.
It remains unclear whether anyone has occupied the property since D4vd left or whether its connection to the investigation played any role in the decision to reduce the rent.
The residence also became a key location in the investigation. Authorities obtained a search warrant and used luminol at the property while examining residue found inside.
According to the supplied material, investigators found chainsaws, potential blood stains and a cut-up inflatable pool. Those items were later presented as evidence during D4vd’s preliminary hearing.
Despite the home’s connection to the high-profile case, it is now being marketed to prospective renters at a lower price than before.
For now, the Hollywood Hills property sits quietly on the market — with its next tenant facing a very different history from the one attached to the home during D4vd’s time there.
