The team argues that the government’s effort to strike a specific juror—who is Black—is not genuinely about inconsistencies in the juror’s voir dire responses, but rather a strategic attempt to further reduce Black representation on the jury.
Diddy’s Legal Team Slams Dismissal as Pretextual
