Gabriella Zuniga Quits OnlyFans After Shannon Sharpe Settlement Sparks Speculation

Gabriella Zuniga is officially signing off from OnlyFans—and the timing couldn’t be more eyebrow-raising.

The 29-year-old content creator announced over the weekend that she’s leaving the platform that made her famous, just 24 hours after settling her explosive $50 million sexual assault lawsuit against former NFL star Shannon Sharpe.

The news has sent shockwaves across social media, with fans and critics alike speculating about her sudden exit and possible “early retirement.”

From Lawsuit to Settlement: The Shannon Sharpe Drama Ends

Zuniga became a lightning rod for controversy earlier this year when she accused Sharpe, 56, of sexual assault in an April lawsuit that sought $50 million in damages.

Sharpe’s legal team fiercely denied the allegations, calling them a “desperate shakedown attempt.” But on July 18, both parties reached a financial settlement, bringing the high-profile legal battle to a quiet close.

“Both parties recognized a long-term consensual and tumultuous relationship,” Zuniga’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, said in a statement.

“After thorough and respectful discussions, we’ve achieved a mutually agreeable resolution. The lawsuit will be dismissed with prejudice.”

Sharpe has yet to issue a personal statement, but his camp reportedly considers the matter closed.

Zuniga Speaks Out: “This Community Gave Me a Life I Never Envisioned”

In a heartfelt message posted to Instagram Stories on July 19, Zuniga thanked her fans for their support and teased new projects:

“I am grateful for the overwhelming support you’ve shown me over these past years. This community has provided me with a life I never envisioned. I will remain active on social media and have several exciting projects lined up that I look forward to unveiling.”

But her departure from OnlyFans has fueled speculation about whether the settlement provided her with enough financial freedom to step away from the platform that built her brand.

Fans React: “Check Cleared. Hello, Early Retirement”

The internet wasted no time connecting the dots between Zuniga’s settlement and her OnlyFans exit.

???? “Check cleared. Hello, early retirement,” one user wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
???? “Got that bag and dipped out. Black men, we gotta be smarter! Smh,” another added.

Even celebrities have been chiming in. Singer Summer WalkerShannon Sharpe subtly reacted to the news with a laughing emoji on Instagram, fueling further chatter in the comment sections of The Shade Room and Hollywood Unlocked.

    Who Is Gabriella Zuniga?

Zuniga rose to prominence as an OnlyFans creator, amassing a sizable following thanks to her bold content and viral social media presence.

But her fame skyrocketed in April when she filed her lawsuit against Sharpe, pulling the NFL Hall of Famer and current ESPN host into a public firestorm that blurred the lines between celebrity scandal and spectacle.

Her supporters argue she’s been unfairly vilified in the court of public opinion, while her critics accuse her of using the lawsuit as leverage for a payout.

    What’s Next for Shannon Sharpe?

With the legal cloud now lifted, Sharpe is expected to return to his ESPN hosting duties and refocus on his media career. Sources close to the broadcaster say he’s eager to “turn the page” and move on from a chapter that threatened to overshadow his professional legacy.

???? What’s Next for Gabriella Zuniga?

While Zuniga insists she has “exciting projects” in the works, fans are curious whether her sudden exit from OnlyFans signals a rebranding strategy or a full-fledged retirement from content creation.

???? Do you think Gabriella Zuniga’s departure is tied to her settlement—or is she simply moving on to bigger ventures? Sound off in the comments below!
