Los Angeles gang leader Eugene “Big U” Henley Jr. is facing serious charges, including murder, but has pled not guilty to all accusations. The charges stem from an alleged incident in which Big U is accused of killing artist Rayshawn Williams. However, Williams’ mother, Shadonna Brown, believes that Big U is responsible, and her “mother’s intuition” tells her that the man she entrusted with her son’s care played a key role in his death.

The Alleged Murder: Big U’s Connection to Rayshawn Williams’ Death

According to a federal indictment, prosecutors have detailed how Big U allegedly murdered Williams after a dispute in Las Vegas. The body was reportedly dragged into the desert where it began to deteriorate. Williams, who was signed to Big U’s record label, Uneek Music, had apparently written a diss song aimed at Big U, which prosecutors believe led to the fatal altercation.

Big U’s son and Williams had also played football together at Crenshaw High School, making the tragedy even more personal for both families. Despite the grave accusations, Big U pled not guilty to the charges during a court appearance in Los Angeles this past Wednesday.

Victim’s Mother’s Emotional Response: No Forgiveness for Big U

Outside of Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles, Shadonna Brown expressed her pain and anger over her son’s death. She says that her suspicions were confirmed when Big U never reached out to her following the incident. According to Brown, she had always trusted Big U to look after her son, and now she feels betrayed.

Brown, seeking to escape further threats in the area, has started a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for her family’s relocation. She shared an emotional message to Big U, conveying her frustration and heartbreak over the loss of her son.

The Impact: Tensions with the Community and Other Alleged Violent Encounters

The case has sparked further tensions in the community, with people like rapper SKG also speaking out about their own violent encounters with Big U. SKG, who had past run-ins with the gang leader involving Nipsey Hussle, echoed Brown’s sentiments of no forgiveness for Big U.

Conclusion: The Legal and Emotional Fallout

As the legal proceedings unfold, the dispute between Big U and Rayshawn Williams’ family is becoming more public and emotionally charged. With prosecutors connecting more dots to prove Big U’s involvement, the case is gaining significant attention. Meanwhile, Shadonna Brown’s words reveal the deep emotional toll that this tragedy has taken on her, as she continues to seek justice for her son.
