Joseph Sikora Says Lil Meech Can Bounce Back After “BMF”

The cancellation of “BMF” last week left fans shocked, and 50 Cent didn’t hold back on social media, poking fun at Lil Meech for finding himself in the unemployment line. But according to Joseph Sikora, the “Power” alum who knows 50 Cent’s universe inside and out, this may not be the end of the road for Meech.

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Sikora in New York City, and he shared a reassuring message: he’s seen Meech grow into a capable, versatile actor and believes Hollywood still has plenty of opportunities for him—even outside of 50 Cent’s projects.

“Acting is a marathon — not a sprint,” Sikora said. “Lil Meech just needs to pace himself and diversify his roles. He’s talented enough to land anywhere in Hollywood if he keeps at it.”

    Opportunities Beyond 50 Cent

While 50 Cent remains a dominant figure in Meech’s career, Sikora emphasizes that talent can open doors anywhere. He points out that Hollywood offers multiple avenues for growth, and Meech’s breakout performances have already proven he has what it takes to thrive.

Meech’s “BMF” co-star Da’Vinchi also expressed concern about the cancellation affecting his own work, but there’s reason for optimism: sources reveal that 50 Cent currently has hands in 40 shows across 13 networks, with 10 shows headed to air and another studio based in Shreveport actively producing content. Opportunities for actors associated with 50’s universe—and beyond—are abundant.

“There’s more work than ever for people like Meech,” Sikora said. “It’s about staying focused and ready when your moment comes.”

    “BMF” Docuseries Might Return

Adding another layer of hope for Meech and fans, Sikora hinted that the “BMF” docuseries could be coming back for another season, keeping the door open for Meech to continue showcasing his talent.

Meanwhile, Sikora remains a prominent figure in 50 Cent’s universe, with “Power Book IV: Force” set to premiere its third and final season on November 7 on Starz, cementing his perspective on how careers in this space can evolve.

    Takeaways for Lil Meech

For Meech, Sikora’s advice is clear: patience, versatility, and persistence are key. Acting careers rarely follow a straight path, and while setbacks like “BMF”’s cancellation can be discouraging, the right moves now could lead to even bigger opportunities.

Fans and industry insiders alike are watching closely to see how Meech navigates this next chapter—whether it’s returning to 50 Cent’s universe, branching into new projects, or exploring the broader Hollywood landscape.

Do you think Lil Meech will bounce back after “BMF”’s cancellation? Share your thoughts in the comments and stay tuned to TPR for the latest updates from Hollywood and hip-hop.
