During the ongoing federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial in New York, Judge Arun Subramanian issued a strict warning to rapper and mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs for attempting to interact with the jury—a move the judge called “absolutely unacceptable.”
The warning came after court officials noticed Combs “nodding vigorously” and making direct eye contact with jurors while Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, a friend of Combs’ former girlfriend Cassie Ventura, testified.
Judge Subramanian made it clear that such behavior must not happen again and cautioned Combs’ lead defense attorney, Marc Agnifilo, that further violations could lead to Combs being removed from the courtroom.
Trial Enters Fourth Week Amid Serious Allegations
Now in its fourth week, the high-profile trial continues with compelling testimonies. Bongolan alleges that Combs once dangled her over a 17th-floor balcony, adding to the growing list of accusations against the music mogul. Another ex-girlfriend, identified by the pseudonym “Jane,” is expected to testify about being coerced into drug-fueled sexual activities, further intensifying the case.
The courtroom atmosphere remains tense as the prosecution presents a series of detailed witness accounts, while the defense fights to challenge these allegations.
