Kroy Biermann Jr. has pleaded not guilty to all seven felony charges he is facing in connection with an alleged sexual assault, TMZ reports.
The 15-year-old, the oldest son of reality stars Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, entered the pleas through his attorney, Jason B. Sheffield, according to court documents. KJ also waived a formal arraignment.
Page Six first reported the latest development in the case.

KJ was arrested in August after a female classmate told police that he allegedly assaulted her in April at a family changing room inside a fitness center.
According to the police report, the girl told investigators that she and KJ had planned to use a co-ed sauna before the alleged incident. Police documented allegations of forced sexual contact and digital penetration.
The alleged victim was later examined at a hospital. According to the police report, doctors did not find evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina.
The case later expanded when prosecutors made another allegation involving material allegedly found on KJ’s phone.
At a subsequent hearing, prosecutors claimed they discovered videos showing KJ engaging in sexual activity with an underage relative. That allegation is separate from the accusations involving the female classmate.

KJ spent several weeks in custody following his arrest before being released and returning home to live with his mother.
His release came with strict bond conditions, including an order prohibiting contact with anyone under 16. The restriction reportedly includes his siblings.
KJ’s not-guilty pleas mean the allegations remain contested as the criminal case moves forward. The charges and accusations against him have not been proven in court.
