Mark Geragos and Harvey Levin are giving serious old married couple energy — playfully bickering over the judge’s reaction to Geragos’ recent controversial podcast comment in the Sean “Diddy” Combs case.
Podcast Quip Sparks Courtroom Warning
On last week’s episode of the “2 Angry Men” podcast, Geragos stirred up headlines by referring to the prosecutors as a “six-pack of white women” — a remark that didn’t sit well with Judge Arun Subramanian. During a recent court session, the judge put Geragos on notice, warning that any future missteps could lead to a contempt of court citation.
Even more surprising? The judge reportedly said he’d be tuning into the podcast weekly to keep tabs on any further “monkey business.”
Heated Debate: Geragos Dodges, Harvey Reacts
In a new podcast episode, Harvey Levin tried pressing Geragos for details about what really went down behind closed doors in the judge’s chambers. But Geragos artfully dodged the questions, causing Levin to literally cover his face in frustration.
At one point, Geragos suggested the judge’s concern may have stemmed from a belief that he was somehow tied to TMZ. Harvey clapped back swiftly, clarifying the judge’s problem was clearly with Geragos — not TMZ.
Geragos Also Appears on TMZ’s Diddy Series
For those wanting more of Mark Geragos’ take on the trial, he also features in the new docuseries, “TMZ Presents United States vs. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial,” which is streaming for free on Tubi.
The courtroom drama may be intense, but the real fireworks might just be happening on the podcast mic.
