Meek Mill Denies Diddy Rumors: “I’m Not Involved in His Life”

Meek Mill is putting an end to the speculation once and for all. The Philly rapper addressed wild rumors linking him to Sean “Diddy” Combs’ alleged sex parties, firmly denying any involvement and slamming the gossip as “baseless.”

In a new interview with Complex, published on July 4 but recorded weeks earlier on June 1, Meek spoke candidly about the chatter swirling online in connection to Diddy’s highly publicized lawsuit and federal trial.

????️ “I’m Not Affiliated With Puff Daddy’s Sexual Life”

Meek didn’t hold back as he addressed the whispers head-on:

“I’m being literally up front about it, talking about it in the open while [Diddy’s] on federal trial to make it known that I am not affiliated with Puff Daddy’s sexual life or personal life and never have been.”

The rumors stemmed from a lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who claimed Diddy told him about sexual encounters with an unnamed rapper described in court as “a Philadelphia rapper who dated Nicki Minaj.”

While Meek fits that vague description, he was never named in the lawsuit, nor accused of any illegal activity.

???? Meek Rejects “Sex Party” Narrative

Setting the record straight, Meek explained:

“When I come around from Philadelphia, I always come around with three, four people. I’ve never been in these types of environments without my guys around. A lot of people, they said sex parties. I attended New Year’s parties. I never attended [Diddy’s] white parties.”

The rapper also expressed frustration over how quickly the story went viral, despite its lack of substance.

???? “My Morals Have Never Been Questioned”

Meek blasted the internet for running with the false narrative:

“My credibility and my morals as a man have never been questioned in reality. The moment that a random goofy guy files an anonymous lawsuit… a lot of publications picked up that story in a certain way, which led to millions and millions of comments that was 20% real people, 80% bots that were funded.”

???? Meek Questions Silence From Diddy’s Circle

Meek went a step further, pointing out what he sees as a troubling trend in media coverage of Black entertainers.

“I truly believe it is a group of people aiming to tear down rappers, or Black entertainers involved in this culture through media platforms.”

He also called out Diddy’s peers for their silence:

“It’s kind of suspicious to me that none of those people from the Black community never spoke up and said those parties they went to wasn’t straight freak offs. I can just say, for me, I would never step in anywhere that I see anything that doesn’t align with my morals.”

⚖️ Diddy’s Trial Casts Long Shadow

This interview was recorded before a verdict was reached in Diddy’s federal case. The music mogul was later found not guilty on sex trafficking charges but guilty on two counts of transporting sex workers across state lines—a conviction that could see him facing prison time.

???? What’s your take? Did Meek need to address this, or should he have stayed quiet? Sound off in the comments below!
