Mike “Boogie” Malin, the infamous reality TV star best known for his time on Big Brother season 7, is once again making headlines—this time, for an alleged shoplifting spree that has landed him in hot water with the law. On January 29, the 45-year-old was arrested by Burbank Police after reportedly stealing items from multiple CVS Pharmacy locations across the San Fernando Valley.

According to law enforcement sources, the drama began when Malin visited the first CVS store, where he allegedly took several items without paying. A store employee confronted him outside the store, demanding that he return the stolen merchandise. In a rather bizarre turn of events, Malin complied, going back into the store, placing the stolen goods on the floor, and then leaving the scene in his vehicle.

However, the situation didn’t end there. Shoplifting suspects are known to frequent multiple locations of the same store chain, and police quickly suspected that Malin may have hit up other CVS pharmacies. This led to an additional unit being dispatched to a second CVS location in the area. The officers arrived to find Malin’s vehicle parked outside, running with its hazard lights flashing, but Malin was nowhere to be seen.

Minutes later, Malin appeared, walking directly up to the officers who had been searching for him. He was detained and taken into custody. According to a witness at the second CVS, Malin allegedly stole two bottles of alcohol and several energy drinks. The employee at this location reportedly signed off on a citizen’s arrest form, solidifying the charges against him.

Malin was booked on misdemeanor theft charges and later released on a citation. The entire incident has brought back some painful memories for the former reality star, who has faced a series of legal and financial troubles over the years. From lawsuits and debts to embezzlement claims, Malin has had a tumultuous post-Big Brother life.

For many, this latest arrest is just another chapter in the rollercoaster life of Mike “Boogie” Malin. Despite his reality TV fame, the star’s legal battles and financial issues continue to capture attention, leaving fans and critics alike questioning what’s next for him.

TMZ reached out to Malin for comment on the incident, but so far, there has been no response from the reality star. The situation continues to unfold as he faces the consequences of his alleged actions, and it remains to be seen whether this latest brush with the law will finally be the turning point for the former Big Brother winner or just another setback in his troubled history.

As the details emerge, one thing is clear: Mike “Boogie” Malin’s legal troubles are far from over, and the reality TV star’s run-ins with the law continue to dominate the headlines.
