According to police, the attack began early Saturday morning when a man — dressed as a police officer and driving what appeared to be a squad SUV — pulled up to Hortman’s home and opened fire.

Who Is Vance Luther Boelter?

He reportedly worked with private security firms and co-runs a tactical company called Praetorian Guard Security Services with his wife, Jenny Boelter — who has not commented publicly.
