Nipsey Hussle’s Children Receive Their Shares of Late Rapper’s Estate

Nipsey Hussle’s children have officially received their portions of the late rapper’s estate, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The rapper’s two children, 17-year-old Emani Asghedom and 9-year-old Kross Asghedom, were paid out through cash and other assets connected to Nipsey’s estate, which was reportedly valued at an estimated $11 million.

The distribution marks a major step in the long-running process of handling Nipsey Hussle’s legacy following his death in 2019. While the exact amounts paid to the children remain sealed, court records confirm both children received equal shares.

According to court filings, Nipsey Hussle’s estate has been managed by his brother, Blacc Sam, who has overseen the rapper’s remaining assets since his death.

The estate reportedly included multiple valuable holdings, including business interests, trademarks, and other personal assets. Court documents listed assets such as a 2012 Chevy Suburban and an interest in businesses connected to Nipsey’s entrepreneurial career, including The Marathon Clothing company.

For years, the distribution of the inheritance involved legal disagreements between Blacc Sam and Emani’s mother, Tanisha Foster. The disputes centered around issues related to Emani’s inheritance, with the parties eventually resolving their differences last year.

The court documents now show that both of Nipsey’s children have received their designated portions of the estate.

The exact dollar amount each child received has not been publicly disclosed because the figures were sealed. However, the filings confirm that Emani and Kross each received 50% of the children’s share of the estate.

Lauren London, Nipsey’s partner at the time of his death and Kross’ mother, signed documents acknowledging receipt of money distributed for her son’s portion of the inheritance.

The estate process highlights the complicated legal steps that often follow the death of a public figure, especially when significant assets, businesses, and family interests are involved.

Nipsey Hussle, born Ermias Joseph Asghedom, was a Grammy-winning rapper, entrepreneur, and community figure known for building The Marathon brand and investing in his South Los Angeles community.

He was fatally shot in March 2019 at the age of 33 outside his Marathon Clothing store in Los Angeles.

Before his death, Nipsey had established himself not only as a musician but also as a businessman. His work with The Marathon Clothing company became a major part of his identity, representing his focus on ownership, independence, and community development.

Following his passing, the management of his estate became an important legal matter as his family worked through questions surrounding his assets and the inheritance left behind for his children.

The latest court documents provide an update on how those assets have been handled and how Nipsey’s children are now connected to his lasting financial legacy.

Celebrity estates can become complex legal matters, especially when they involve valuable businesses, intellectual property, and family members.

For Nipsey Hussle’s fans, the estate update represents another chapter in protecting the rapper’s legacy beyond his music.

His influence continues through his recordings, business ventures, trademarks, and the companies he helped build. The distribution of his estate also ensures that his children receive the financial benefits tied to their father’s success.

The rapper’s story remains closely connected to themes of ownership and creating generational wealth, making the handling of his estate a topic of continued public interest.

Nipsey Hussle’s legacy has remained deeply connected to family, entrepreneurship, and community impact since his death.

While the legal process surrounding his estate took years to complete, the latest court filings show that his children have now received the inheritance connected to their father’s work and achievements.

The rapper’s influence continues through the people, businesses, and ideas he left behind.

Nearly seven years after Nipsey Hussle’s death, his estate continues to reflect the business empire and legacy he built during his lifetime. The latest court filings show his children have now received their shares as that legacy moves forward.
