A representative for Rick confirmed the news, revealing that the ring — a 6.5-carat pear-shaped gem — is one of Harrison’s most treasured items to have passed through his iconic Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas.
Rick, who describes the ring as “breathtaking just like Angie is,” had the stone, which originally came into his shop in a different setting, redesigned to make it even more personal for his future bride.
The couple’s engagement story has an interesting twist, as Rick actually proposed twice. The first proposal took place in the comfort of his living room, but after sharing the moment with his daughters, they insisted it lacked romance and urged him to try again.
During their trip to Casablanca Valley, Chile, Rick took the opportunity for a second, more romantic proposal, with the breathtaking scenery providing the perfect backdrop. Naturally, Angie said yes.
TMZ broke the news of the couple’s relationship last year, revealing that Angie, a nurse from Las Vegas, is 18 years younger than Rick. They began dating roughly four years after Rick’s divorce from his wife, Deanna, in 2020, with whom he had been married for seven years.
