Shockwaves are rocking Graceland as Priscilla Presley faces a $50 million lawsuit alleging she exploited her daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s health crisis to gain control of the Elvis Presley Estate. The suit claims that Priscilla made life-or-death decisions while Lisa Marie was hospitalized in January 2023 — claims Priscilla and her attorney vehemently deny.
Allegations That Rocked the Presley Family
Filed by former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, the suit accuses Priscilla of allegedly “pulling the plug within hours” after Lisa Marie suffered cardiac arrest — before Lisa Marie’s daughter, Riley Keough, could arrive at the hospital.
The lawsuit states that Lisa Marie had previously signed a directive to “prolong her life,” and the plaintiffs allege Priscilla’s actions were motivated by a desire to control Lisa Marie’s irrevocable life insurance trust and ultimately, Graceland itself.
“Priscilla pulled the plug within hours of Lisa being admitted,” the lawsuit reads, “figuring her daughter’s death would eliminate Lisa Marie’s efforts to remove her as sole trustee.”

Warning Signs Ignored?
According to the suit, Lisa Marie had complained to Priscilla about feeling unwell during the 2023 Golden Globes. Despite being near Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Priscilla allegedly ignored the warning signs.
Instead, the lawsuit claims Priscilla prioritized her social life, going out to the Chateau Marmont for drinks with Lisa Marie, and then sending her daughter on a long drive to her Calabasas home — just over 24 hours before the cardiac arrest occurred.
Aftermath and Bold Alleged Statements
The lawsuit goes further, claiming that prior to Lisa Marie’s funeral, Priscilla exclaimed:
“I’m the queen. I’m in charge of Graceland.”
This comes amid ongoing legal battles over Lisa Marie’s estate, which erupted after her death in 2023. Priscilla had previously challenged amendments to Lisa Marie’s trust that eliminated her and former business manager Barry Siegel as trustees, leaving Riley Keough as the sole trustee.
Priscilla Denies the Allegations
Priscilla’s attorney, Marty Singer, told TMZ the claims are “fabricated, malicious lies.”
The Presley family trust dispute has been a heated, public battle — with Riley ultimately paying Priscilla millions to drop her legal challenge. Today, Riley Keough remains in charge of Lisa Marie’s estate and holds a substantial stake in the Elvis Presley Graceland Estate.

Public Reaction and Legacy at Stake
The lawsuit has sparked intense discussion among fans, social media followers, and legal observers. Comments online range from shock to outrage:
- “This is wild — Graceland drama at its peak.”
- “The Presley estate will never be the same.”
- “Priscilla denies it, but the allegations are intense.”
Regardless of the court’s eventual ruling, the case underscores the high-stakes tension surrounding one of music’s most legendary estates.
