Rod Wave’s Georgia criminal case just came with a massive evidence dump.

Prosecutors disclosed July 31 that they had provided the rapper’s defense team with more than 90 gigabytes of evidence, including roughly 1,900 photographs and 111 videos, in connection with a 2025 shooting outside his home in Milton, Georgia.

Rod Wave, whose legal name is Rodarius Green, faces 14 charges stemming from the April 2025 incident.

He has pleaded not guilty and, through his attorney Drew Findling, has denied the allegations.

Now, his defense team has a substantial amount of material to review before the case reaches its next stage.

Prosecutors have handed over a sizable collection of evidence in the criminal case against Rod Wave stemming from an alleged shooting outside his Milton, Georgia, home.

According to the latest disclosure, prosecutors provided Green’s defense with approximately 1,900 photographs and 111 videos, totaling more than 90GB of material.

The evidence relates to the April 2025 incident, which resulted in Green facing 14 criminal charges.

The allegations include aggravated assault, firearm possession during a felony, pointing or aiming a gun, reckless conduct and criminal property damage.

According to police, a verbal dispute involving Green and an associate escalated into gunfire outside the residence.

Investigators allege that Green fired multiple shots, striking several vehicles.

The shooting reportedly followed a burglary at Green’s home.

Green’s defense has strongly disputed the prosecution’s version of events.

His attorney, Drew Findling, previously said there was “no truth to these charges” and characterized Green as a victim of the reported burglary.

“Rod Green was a victim of a burglary and committed no crimes,” Findling said in a statement.

The attorney also questioned how Green was charged in connection with the incident, describing the situation as “incomprehensible.”

Findling has further predicted a favorable resolution for his client, saying the case “will absolutely be resolved favorably to Mr. Green.”

The latest evidence disclosure does not establish guilt.

Instead, it gives Green’s attorneys a substantial collection of photographs and videos to examine as the prosecution prepares to advance the case.

Prosecutors have not publicly detailed every item contained in the evidence production.

That leaves the contents of the photographs and videos largely unknown for now, although the material could include additional documentation connected to the alleged shooting and the events surrounding it.

Green’s next court appearance is scheduled for September 28 in Georgia, putting the defense team on a timeline to review the newly disclosed material.

The criminal case centers on an incident outside Green’s home in Milton in April 2025.

Police allege that a dispute escalated and resulted in multiple gunshots, with several vehicles reportedly struck.

The allegations have led to 14 charges against Green, including firearm-related and aggravated-assault counts.

Green has pleaded not guilty and maintains through his attorney that he was the victim of a burglary and did not commit the alleged crimes.

The competing accounts are central to the case.

The prosecution alleges criminal conduct, while the defense maintains that Green’s actions did not amount to the crimes charged.

The latest evidence production means the defense now has access to a large volume of material as both sides prepare for the next phase of the proceedings.

The case remains pending, and the allegations have not been proven in court.

The sheer size of the evidence production makes the latest development significant.

More than 90GB of photographs and video gives Green’s legal team a substantial amount of material to examine, particularly as prosecutors build their case around what happened outside the rapper’s home.

Still, the volume of evidence alone does not indicate what the material proves.

Prosecutors have not publicly described every photograph or video included in the production.

The defense will now have the opportunity to review the material and assess how it relates to the allegations against Green.

The next major public checkpoint is his September 28 court appearance.

The case comes during an important period in Green’s music career.

Rod Wave is preparing to release his next album, Don’t Look Down, while also navigating the ongoing criminal proceedings in Georgia.

He is scheduled to begin a tour supporting the project on September 12.

That creates a complicated overlap between his professional schedule and his legal obligations, with the criminal case continuing as he prepares for another major chapter in his music career.

Rod Wave’s defense team now has more than 90GB of evidence to examine as prosecutors move forward with the Georgia case.

With his next court appearance scheduled for September 28, the contents of that evidence could become increasingly important as the proceedings continue.
