Sydnee Falkner Wants Redemption on ‘Million Dollar Secret’ After Near Win: “I’d Do It Again in a Heartbeat”

Reality TV fans can’t stop talking about Sydnee Falkner, one of the breakout stars of Netflix’s new hit show, Million Dollar Secret — and while she didn’t walk away with the $1 million grand prize, she’s already setting her sights on a second shot at the title.

TMZ caught up with the fan-favorite finalist outside a Hollywood hotel on Thursday, where she opened up about her experience on the wildly popular competition show, her elimination, and her hope for redemption if the show returns for another season.

    What Is Million Dollar Secret?

For the uninitiated, Million Dollar Secret (aka MDS) is Netflix’s newest reality game show sensation — drawing comparisons to series like The Traitors and The Mole. One contestant is secretly awarded $1 million at the start of the season, and it’s up to the rest of the cast to figure out who’s hiding the fortune.

The twist? If the secret millionaire makes it to the end without being exposed, they keep the money. But if they’re correctly identified, the game resets — and the prize may go to someone else who outplayed, outwitted, or outlasted.

Sydnee on Falling Just Short of Victory

Sydnee Falkner was eliminated in the final episode, placing fourth overall, while Cara Kies, a Los Angeles-based In-N-Out Burger cook, ultimately claimed the million-dollar prize.

Though disappointed she didn’t win, Sydnee told TMZ she’s proud of how she played. “It’s a bummer not to take home the money,” she said. “But I knew going in, I’d be seen as a major threat — and I leaned into that.”

Fans online have agreed, hailing her as a standout strategist and the season’s most compelling player, even coining her the “Queen of MDS” despite her early exit from the final round.

She’s Down for a Comeback — With a New Game Plan

Asked if she’d return for another shot, Sydnee didn’t hesitate.

“Absolutely, I’d go back,” she said. “This time, I’d lay a little lower, not make myself such a big target right out the gate.”

She added that being one of the most vocal and confident contestants may have painted a bullseye on her back — but also solidified her “reality villain” status, something she’s now fully embracing.

“I guess I’m Netflix’s new Reality TV Mean Girl,” she joked. “And honestly? I’m cool with that.”

Who Does Sydnee Want to See Compete Next?

When asked which celebrity she’d love to see take on the deceptive challenge of Million Dollar Secret, Sydnee offered up a name — but you’ll have to watch the full video clip for her surprising choice.

(Hint: It’s someone known for drama, flair, and playing the long game.)

    What’s Next for Sydnee Falkner?

Whether she returns for a future season or not, Sydnee’s star power is rising. Between viral fan edits, glowing social media praise, and mounting buzz over her next moves, she’s fast becoming one of Netflix’s most talked-about reality personalities.

And while Netflix hasn’t confirmed a second season of Million Dollar Secret just yet, producers may want to consider bringing back some of their most captivating contestants — and Sydnee is at the top of many fans’ lists.

“If they call,” she said, “I’m ready to dominate.”
