Swangz Avenue star Vinka has opened up about a disturbing incident at a corporate end-of-year event, where a fan inappropriately touched her while she was performing.
Speaking in a recent interview, the “Sirubala“ hitmaker recounted how the energy at the event was at its peak when an overexcited fan grabbed her backside, seemingly trying to check if it was real or fake.
Despite politely warning him to stop, the fan ignored her and continued the inappropriate behavior. Losing her patience, Vinka instinctively turned to strike him but ended up patting his shoulder instead before quickly pulling away to continue her performance.
“I was at a corporate event, and the vibe was high. During that moment, a fan grabbed my nyash to feel if it was fake or not. I lost my cool and almost slapped him,” she recalled.
Vinka’s story highlights the challenges female artists face while performing in public spaces and the need for fans to respect personal boundaries.
