50 Cent has secured a temporary legal victory in his dispute with Tia Kemp, after a Florida judge granted an injunction aimed at protecting the rapper’s 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the judge issued the temporary order on Monday, October 26, directing Kemp to remain at least 500 feet away from Sire.
The order also prohibits her from contacting the teenager either directly or indirectly, including through social media.
The judge imposed additional restrictions, barring Kemp from possessing firearms or ammunition. She must surrender any weapons in her possession to law enforcement once she is served with the order.
What led to the court order?
The injunction follows a request filed by 50 Cent on behalf of his son, in which the rapper accused Kemp of repeatedly targeting the teenager online.
According to the court filing, 50 alleged that Kemp made insulting comments about Sire, including calling him “slow” and claiming he was on the autism spectrum.
The rapper also raised concerns about a photograph allegedly posted by Kemp showing Sire alongside a sexually explicit image of a woman whom the filing suggested was the teenager’s mother, Daphne Joy.
50 further claimed that his attorneys had previously sent Kemp a cease-and-desist letter asking her to stop posting about his son.

However, he alleged that Kemp responded by sharing part of the legal letter online with the caption, “F u and ya lawyers.”
In his filing, the rapper argued that the alleged conduct had caused Sire humiliation, embarrassment and mental anguish.
These accusations form part of 50’s court submission and should not be treated as independently established facts.
The order is temporary
Although the ruling represents a legal win for 50 Cent, the injunction is not yet permanent.
The temporary order is scheduled to expire on November 3, when both sides are expected to appear in court. The judge will then consider whether to issue a longer-lasting injunction.
Until then, the restrictions outlined in the order remain in place once Kemp has been served.
The dispute has drawn attention because it involves the protection of a minor and a wider public disagreement involving people connected to rapper Rick Ross.
