A Pass Calls Out Lil Pazo Over Alleged Sabotage and Fake Support

Following his successful concert, singer A Pass has publicly called out fellow artist Lil Pazo for attempting to sabotage his event by blaming National Unity Platform (NUP) supporters for a lack of support during the concert’s promotion.

A Pass Labels Lil Pazo a ‘Fake Friend’

During a TikTok broadcast, A Pass did not hold back, referring to Lil Pazo as a “fake friend.” He questioned Lil Pazo’s intentions, particularly regarding his decision to publicly blame NUP supporters before even discussing the issue with A Pass.

“That’s not how you handle this situation. You would have called me first. The same person who was making noise, Lil Pazo, didn’t post anything about my show.”

A Pass also noted that top leaders of NUP, including Bobi Wine, are his friends and physically attended the concert, making Lil Pazo’s complaints seem baseless.

Calling Out Fellow Artists for Lack of Genuine Support

Beyond Lil Pazo, A Pass also criticized other artists who only posted concert posters but did little else to promote the event.

“I invited Lil Pazo to my press conference, but he didn’t show up—only to start shouting online about others not supporting me.”

A Pass expressed frustration, claiming many artists only pretend to support their peers but fail to offer real promotional backing.

A Pass Vows to Give Back the Same Energy

In response to the lukewarm support from fellow musicians, A Pass made it clear that he will reciprocate the same energy when it comes to their future projects.

“When you had a show, I posted about it, I made a video about Enkudi Festival and promoted it online—but where is your video promoting my concert? I want to show you how fake you are.”

Focusing on Music Without Sympathy Votes

Despite the controversy, A Pass emphasized that his focus remains on music and genuine fan support, rather than seeking sympathy votes from artists or political groups.

“I am not a man of chaos. I want to focus on my music and get the support from fans without the sympathy vote.”

    What’s Next?

The feud between A Pass and Lil Pazo has sparked conversations about the nature of artist support in Uganda’s entertainment industry. It remains to be seen if the two will resolve their differences or if this rift will continue to grow.
